The short version
By using this site or buying something, you agree to the following. If any of it doesn't work for you, please don't order.
Orders
Every piece is made to order. Once production starts (usually within 24 hours), we can't cancel or change the order. Please double-check your size and address before checking out.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors — if something's obviously wrong, we'll reach out before charging you. Payment is processed by Shopify.
Shipping & returns
Covered in full on our Shipping & Returns page. Short version: made to order, 3–7 business days production, we make it right if something arrives damaged or wrong within 14 days.
Intellectual property
The Gingham Hound name, Louis's likeness, the hound mark, the toile, the photography, and all the words on this site belong to us. Don't reproduce them commercially without asking. Ask us — we're friendly.
Your content
If you tag us or send us photos, you're giving us permission to reshare with credit. If you'd rather we didn't, say so.
Limits
We do our best, but we're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or acts of dog. Our maximum liability for any order is what you paid for it.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes get handled there. The Gingham Hound operates under Lodestar Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
