Privacy Policy
What we collect
When you shop with us or join the list, we collect what you give us: name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed by Shopify — we never see your card number). We also collect basic analytics — what pages you visit, what you click, roughly where you are — so we can make the store work better.
What we do with it
Send you what you ordered. Answer your questions. Send you the occasional note from the hound if you asked us to. That's it. We don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't share it with third parties except the ones that help us run the store (Shopify, our shipping partners, our email tool).
Cookies
Small files that keep your cart from forgetting itself and help us understand what's working. You can turn them off in your browser — the store still works, just less gracefully.
Your rights
Ask us what we have on you. Ask us to delete it. Ask us to stop emailing. hello@theginghamhound.com — we'll take care of it within 30 days.
Kids
This site isn't for anyone under 13. If a child sent us information by accident, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we update this, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes, we'll tell you.
